Monday training
After last weeks heavy singles fest I thought I would be pretty sore but I got a lot of rest over the weekend and I felt pretty damn good today.
Bench press: 135 + 80lbs in chains x12 185 + 80lbs in chains x10 225 + 80lbs in chains x8 275 + 80lbs in chains x5 300 + 80lbs in chains x3 315 + 80lbs in chains x3 335 + 80lbs in chains x3 275 + 80lbs in chains x7 225 + 80lbs in chains x15
Incline dumbbell flyes: 70x20, 18, 18, 16
Cable flyes: 4x12
My elbows are still touch and go, i'm still not doing any direct triceps work.
