Sunday=Max Dead Lift for Just myself and a Face Book thought.

Warm Up:

GHR: 3x12

Reverse Hyper: 3x12x270

Dead Lift with as stiff a bar as I could find. Work on up to a 1 RM or a PRE of nothing less than a "9" on the TEN scale.

Then perform 3 sets of 8 reps at 70%

Eat: 1 hour

I need to stop reading Face Book. Really, there is some serious stupid shit said by people that need a good finger thwack in the temple.

I reserve every quarter to purge people I don't really know that say the stupid shit, that I can't finger thwack. I might have to up that frequency.

I'm getting my "friends" list down to double digits.
