Cardio, Abs, and Recovery Work
The meet is officially 6 days out. MY weight is at 241 and I need to be 231 come friday at 12:00. I have been under the guidance of kiefer ans things have gone well. My strength is great considering my weight loss, my attitude is up, and my mood is doing well for a diet phase. Thanks kiefer!!!!!!
I took it easy cardio wise today. No sprints. I walked 15 minutes at 3.5 speed and my HR never went over 100. Not much I know but Im in the best shape I have been in years I mostly did this just to keep my legs loose.
Then I did 3 sets of standing cable abs, three sets of weighted sit ups, and three set of leg raises. Each set was for 15 reps. Afterwards I did my Mike Robertson mobility set of 10 movements for 1 set of 10 each. After that i stretched for 10 minutes.
I went home and rolled on the rumbler for 5-10 minutes all over the place.
I sick of training. Im ready to drive to columbus and put my balls on the table and see how they stack up.
