A thank you from one of my online training clients.
I just got this email this morning from a client that I have been helping out for just about a month now. The diet part wasn't me though. I just like to share these emails because I'm damn proud of these people.
"Hey Steve, I just wanted to thank you for all the help.
This program is brutal, but it's so rewarding.
So far (I'm on an intermittent fasting and carb cycling program, ~3000 cals on lift days, ~1800 on non lifting days)
and I've lost about 4 pounds so far. About 23lbs to go!
My bench went down very slightly and I have virtually no lifting endurance because of the low sugar diet and the short rest times.
However, I was able to grab the rim yesterday with very little effort. Awesome!
Also, I squatted 405x4. X4! That was my max a few months ago!
On Starting Strength I couldn't go up on squats while doing cardio, but on this program I somehow can, WHILE cutting fat. This is pretty magical.
