Deadly deads day

The plan was for us to take approx 95% of our 1RM in the deadlift and do TEN singles with it. So I ended up doing:

120x5
170x3
200x3
235x1
255x1
275kg (605lbs) x 10 singles. It wasn't one of those days where it felt nice and just popped off the floor. Each one sucked balls and I had to grind all ten of them out. Bob and Don were using less weight than me and must have totaly sandbagged their weight because they both repped out eight and nine reps on thier last set! Sandbagging bastards!

Shrugs with cambered bench bar: 4x12

Reverse hypers: 4x10

Standing abs: 4x8

It's been a few hours since I finished training and I can feel myself litterally become more useless as each minute goes by. My hamstrings and glutes are locking up.
