Today's training and some tough love I was forced to dish out
Today was a shoulder kinda day:
Stevey P combos: Today each set was- 2 Pulls, 1 clean and 3 presses 50kgsx1 70x1 90x1 110x1 115x5 sets
Hang High-pulls: 130kgx3 140x3 150x3 160x3
Standing behind the neck press supersetted with band pull-a-parts 135x4x15
Rear delt machine supersetted with dumbbell side raises: 3x12/12
Yesterday a female figure competitor friend of mine was supposed to come in and train with us. Just as I expected she texts me up in the morning telling me that she was under the weather and feeling "Craptastic". So I texted her back and this is what she got!
This video actually shamed her into showing up and she actually training pretty hard. She even brought a cooler full of her tuna and other gross bodybuilder food for afterwards. She cracked up when she saw my post training meal was a ziplock baggy of extra salt potato chips and a banana. She asked me how I built so much muscle eating that. I just said, "because by the time I found out that you couldn't, I was already freaking huge."
