Pull Ups Supersetted with Cable straight arm pull downs
3 super sets of 10 each for 6 total sets
Standing Cable Rows to Chest
4 sets of 10
Reverse cable Curls
3 sets of 10
Again the point here is to burn calories while dieting to get closer to making weight. The meet is 11 days out.
