Foam Roll with Rumble over entire body.
Theracain on back and hips
Lacrosse bal on pecs, feet, hips and traps
DONE
Short and sweet but since I’m dieting very hard I’m trying to keep my work up to keep as much muscle as possible until the meet. Just less then 2 weeks left.
