20 minutes total. I would do 3 minutes at 3.0 then jump the incline to 15 degrees and then jog at 6.0 speed. This was enough to get my HR up to 170's during the 1 minute at the incline then coast down to 130 before I raised the speed and incline again. I was afraid to sprint. My back felt ok but I didnt want to set it back again.
Incline Sit Ups
3 sets of 15 with a 55 LB D.B
Spider Man walk
Lying Hip raises
wall slides and a few other things.
5 minutes for lower body and back.
