Conditioning, Mobility, Recovery, and Abs
I hit the CHIRO today before the gym. My new guy is awesome. I think he was kicking me at one point? My back was popping like never before. Awesome!
Rumble Roll
All over Body
Treadmill Sprints
6 30 second sprints at 12.0. I rested 3 minutes in between each sprint walking at a slow 2.0. MY HR average was 185.
Abs
Standing Cable Abs
3 sets of 15
Leg Raises
3 sets of 15
Mobility Work
A lot LOL
I then stretched for 5 minutes and went home to ice some more.
