Squat / Pull Day
I went to the CHIRO today before the gym. My back is still lingering but better. Im still not sure what I did to it but Im working on healing it up.
After my Adjustment and roller table session I did some foam work and mobility work.
Squat
135 for 2 sets of 5 225 for 5 315 for 3 405 for 2 505 for 2 570 for 2
These felt better then I expected. Im harcore into my diet right now and was surprised that these moved.
Deadlift
135 for 3 225 for 2 315 for 2 405 for 2 back starting twinging 500 for 1 585 for 1 675 for Fail. I started to tug and my back was feeling off so I quit.
Glute hams followed by hyper ext
2 sets of 15 each
Knee Ext
3 sets of 10
DONE
I went home and iced and stretched and rolled a bit more. Stiff as hell before bed. IM hitting the CHIRO again tomorow and hope to be in good shape come march 3 for the meet.
