6:30a-

Recumbent Bike: 30 minutes
Push Ups: 1x23
Pull ups: 1x5
Neck: 1x10 in each direction
Crunches: 1x100
YRG Morning Yoga: 12 minutes

Took my mom out to breakfast. We had a good meal and it was nice to talk to her. Nothing like breakfast with mom to make you feel good.

12:30p-

Walk Outside: 2.0 miles
Music for walk: the Jamey Johnson channel on Pandora.

Body Weight: 212.8

I have my weight moving in the right direction. Feeling much better.

Had a job interview yesterday with a company I would be very excited to work for. The hours are great and the pay is very good. Keep your fingers crossed. Hoping to get a call back for a second interview by the end of the week.
