Assistance Work

Wide grip Pull Ups

5 sets of 10

1 Arm Cable Side Raise

2 sets of 10 each arm

2 Arm cable front raise

2 sets of 10

Cable up right rows

2 sets of 10

Cable Curl

2 sets of 10

Face pull

2 sets of 10

Each set was heavy and hard. The pull ups went well and my lats were pumped. I did each set with 30 seconds rest. A quick workout for sure but not easy. 20 sets back to back with minimal rest gets the HR going. The ARNOLD is 4 weeks out then IPF RAW Worlds is less then 5 months away. No rest any time soon.
