Cardio, Mobility, Recovery, and Abs


25 minutes at 3.5 speed. I opted to just walk at a descent pace and not sprint today. I need to pull heavy this week so my back needs heal. Its feeling better but still a little stiff. Plus I was hungover and sprinting may have ended very badly. Not like tear something bad, but more like puke in the YMCA bad. I didnt puke but I did almost fall a sleep on the treadmill at one point.

Mobility Work

10 sets of 10 different movmeents for 10 reps

Foam Roll all over body with rumble roller.

Straight leg sit ups

3 sets of 20

Cable Abs

3 sets of 10 heavy

Crunch machine

3 sets of 10 heavy

I strecthed for 5 minutes then went to get my kid from gymnastics practice.
