Had an interesting week. Last Tuesday the 24th was my son's 4th Birthday and he was too sick to go to school that day. Being a Super Dad...I skipped training and took him to school for 15 minutes so he could share his cake with his friends at school, then we came back home.
He was a little better by Wednesday so I took him to the gym with me. As you can see...he helped me GREATLY!

And then I got more sick by the day...horrible Thursday, worse Friday...determined that I wouldn't skip my squats this week I went to the gym on Saturday morning.
Box Squat with 220 chains Body Weight x bunch 50 x 5 x 2 sets 140 x 3 230 x 1 320 x 1 410 x 1 500 x 2, 1 on my 2nd set... ...was dead so I just decided to pack my bag and leave
By Saturday night every joint on my body was hurting...and I was trying to be ready to train Sunday.
