1/26 Bench Suckiness

I had no pop with 805. My forearms seized up on me once I touched the boards. Forearm tendonitis is in full effect right now. Looking back, its probably been building for some time with all the recent benching (way more sets over 8 than I am accustomed to). When I switched up my bar position on squat that involved more forearm tightness last weekend, that totally set it off.
It really sucks having to cut a session short.
