Solid Workout. I lowered my warm up again today. I skipped the rolling and will do it tomorow. With the diet I dont want to beat the hell out of my self with too much soft tissue work. Im going to only 2 two mobility and soft tissue days per week as apposed to the daily work I have been doing. I feel relatively healthy and dont want to over due it. I need recovery to be at an all time high.
