Warm up
Mobility Work for lower body.
I skipped the soft tissue work as I have read it can negate a heavy workout if done prior to.
Squat
135 for 5 225 for 5 315 for 5 405 for 3 505 for 1 545 for 3
Deadlift
135 for 5 325 for 2 425 for 1 515 for 1 605 for 1 665 for 1
Defecits off 100 lb plate
3 singles at 535
Speed Pulls
3 singles at 425
Step ups
2 sets of 8 with 225
Knee Ext
3 sets of 10 with 20 seconds rest in between sets
DONE
Solid Workout. I am undecided about the soft tissue work first or last. Ill play with this some more. On another note I was invited to be apart of the USAPL IPF worlds team for the first IPF raw worlds in Sweden. I’m very excited but have to check some logistics before I accept the offer.
