treadmill sprints

5 30 second sprints at 11.0.
I rested 3 minutes in between each one.

Mobility work x 2 I did Mike Robertsons personal plan for me twice.

Thercain
Ball

Lots of spots all over.

DONE

Nothing crazy. Just stuff needed that gets goals done.
