Some work just to eat!

Fridays are tyically an off day for me but man was I hungry and again I had some things that I wanted to eat that werent excatly meant for an off day diet wise. Perfect for a mini backload but not the stuff you wanna eat just for fun. To combat this I did a 20 minute workout to feel less like a fat ass.

I did.......

Pull ups supersteed with standing cable abs.

I did 6 sets of 8 pull ups with 6 sets of 16 heavy weighted cable abs. Each set was slow on the negative and hard as possible on the postitive. I even hit some peak contractions. I havent said that word since my kid was born.

Speaking of kids, as I said before my wife is pregnant. Shes 10 weeks now and not loving it. With her sick all day its mostly me and the kid. My crazy 3.5 year old daughter. besides wanting to eat junk I also did this workout as my kid was driving me nuts. Since I dont get alone time any more I let her mangle some things in the basement weight room while I worked out. She got to break a few things with out getting yelled at and I got to lift. I think we both blew off some steam. We love each other but definately need a break from each other every so often. With the pregnant wife the breaks are fewer.........
