Assistance Work
I took off this Saturday and Sunday for some much needed rest. Thursdays bench workout felt heavy and I decided rest was the solution. I usually hit sprints and hams on saturday and delts and triceps on Sunday but I felt watching the ravens Game and drinking beer was more important. My grandfather turned 90 as well so it was a birthday/football party. I was off work today so I decided to do some delts today. Plus I had some food I wanted to eat from the grocery store and I cant back load unless I train LOL. Thus....I trained....thus I backloaded......HHHMMMM.

bar for 10 95 for 5 135 for 5 185 for 2 225 for 1
225 for 3 sets of 5
D.B Front Raises all the way over head.
25's for 8 35's for 8 45's for 8 50's for 8
D.B side raises
3 sets of 15 with 25's
