Walking Ruined My DL Deload
1-14-12 So since my car is in the shop and I was not about to call someone to play Driving Miss Daisy just to take my sorry tail to the gym for a freakin deload, I figured I would walk there. Two miles in gusting winds was an error in judgement. Had it been just a couple degrees colder I would have had icicles in my mustache. What I thought would be a good "warm up" turned out to be a 40 min odyssey of waning interest. And to top it all off, I somehow managed to tug myself into a headache on literally the last rep of my DL deload with candy ass weight. Thank Odin I am going to do some real training tomorrow at Brute. This deload stuff is for the birds.
Brisk Walk 40 min
RAW DL 5x200 5x250 5x300
Split Squats 10xBW - There is one small spot near the interior border of my left patella that was sore so I stopped this one there. It is definitely still something on the patellar tendon as it is quite superficial and I can cause the same discomfort on palpation.
Leg Extensions/Adductor Machine 2 super sets of 12x/12x
There were no words to describe my happiness that Eric happened to get a new truck today and was able to give me a ride home rather than repeating the craptastic walk.

Any physical activity that lasts longer than 90 sec is not for me, Andy Deck
