Sprints and Abs
6' 30 second sprints at 11.5 on the treadmill. I rested 2-3 minutes in between. I then did 4 sets of standing cable abs with the stack for 15 reps. This was a quick easy night. I missed out on my mobility and rolling work before and after training. Im not sure why. I wasnt rushed or running late. I think I just forgot to do it. I did hurry home though as my pregnant wife was demanding BLT's for dinner.
