My goal here was to bury the reps and do three. I did 4. The current diet seems to be working as each day I’m a little lighter and I feel great in the gym.

This felt a lot better then 2 weeks ago 640. My technique work seems to be paying off as things are coming more natural and I am thinking less. I hate thinking with loads 95% or more. If you hammer the little things each workout things should be instinctual come meet day.

I threw the step ups in and remembered why I did them so much. I got away from these for some reason. Looking back I hit all my best raw squats while doing these regularly. More sprints tomorrow….
