Treadmill Sprints

6 sprints of 30-45 seconds at 10.5-11.5 speed. I rested 3 minutes in between each sprint.


45% Back Raise 3 sets of 15 with a 15Lb med ball.

Hammer Leg Curl

3 sets of 10


Straight leg Sit ups

3 sets of 20

Crunch machine

3 sets of 15

Situp machine

3 sets of 10

I went home and did my mobility work and hit the rumbler, Theracain, and lacrosse ball for 10-15 minutes.
