Bench Day with Video
Indian Clubs only. I was running late as my wife as is getting dominated by pregnancy sickness and needs a IV of ginger ale. Since I donít have one I seem to be going to the store a lot! I hate missing on the mobility and soft tissue work as I feel a big difference without it.

Since I benched on Monday I kept it low key today. I never bench with only 3 days rest but to get back on schedule I had to do this workout. When I say low key I mean Low volume. Weights werenít easy tonight as my chest was sore as hell from the high rep wide grip sets I did Monday. Another solid workout tonight. The backloading is going well so far. Iím slowly loosing weight, tightening up and my strength feels good as well. Im going to do some sprints and hams tonight.
