Solid workout tonight. I felt pop in my deadlift for the first time in months. I got overzealous with 680 and miss it pretty good. It was nice to think I could get it though LOL. Moving on each week is feeling better and my focus on the ARNOLD is growing. Now I just need to my gut to start shrinking so that scale reads 231 on March 2nd.
