I FEEL LIKE I DID SOMETHING ELSE BUT CANNOT REMEMBER. AFTER THE PWO SHAKE, 3 CUPS OF WHITE RICE AND THE CHERRY TUNROVER THINGS GOT HAZY.
Good workout tonight. My hips are getting very loose and my leg drive is playing games on me as all of a sudden my ass has the ability to go up. For years my ass was biomechanically unable to lift as I was so fat and tight. Now that I’m less fat(Still fat none the less) and some what less tight it is shifting all over the place. Hopefully I can use that for a better set up. That or red lights!
