Friday - Speed bench some accesory work
Avoided the prowler again, just not getting the accesory work I would like in so I'm throwing it in when I can how I can.
Felt really strong today for whatever reason, check it out:
Warmed up A&C
Speed Bench Doubled Monster Mini's Bar x 45 reps bar w/bands x 2 x 5 reps 95lbs x 9 x 3 reps (3 grips)
Reverse Hypers 190 x 3 x 10 reps
GLute Ham Raises BW - 3 x 12 reps
Reverse Grip ez bar curls 55 x 3 x 10 reps
DB Hammer curls 25 x 3 x 12 reps
Looking forward to squatting a bit sunday.
