Friday - Speed bench some accesory work
Avoided the prowler again, just not getting the accesory work I would like in so I'm throwing it in when I can how I can.

Reverse Grip ez bar curls
55 x 3 x 10 reps
DB Hammer curls
25 x 3 x 12 reps
