As I feel like my shoulders need more work (well I know they do) I'm thinking about breaking them out of this session and putting them on their own since by the time I do my pressing movements for chest my strength for shoulder pressing and other work is seriously diminished. Still I do like how my training split is currently set up so I'll think it over more before making any changes.
