training update
This Week.....
Monday off Tuesday DE lower Safety bar raw 165x10x2
Speed pulls ultra wide 185x8x3
Lots of Volume still “getting in the groove” from the pro/am. No more messing around its time to get back to the GRIND.
Straight leg sit ups 4x15
Band ham curls 4x15
Wednesday 20 min bike heavy resistance Stability crunches 300 Stretching 10 min
Thursday off Friday 45 min bike light and heavy resistance ( knee rehab for me, bike cardio makes my knee a lot stronger) Abs 300 reps/movements “Jane Fonda workout” Deep stretching for 20 min
Tomorrow will be headed out to EliteFTS! Squat and pulls…
