Flat Bench 4x15

DB Incline Alternating 4x10

Decline Hammerstrength Machine 4x15

Tri Pushdowns 3x15

Lying Tri DB Extensions 3x12

Bodyweight Dips 4x25

Bosu Ball Inverted Pushups 2x15 (Got too tired on these due to doing them late in the workout. On beginning the third set, I thought better to quit before I bash my forehead into the floor, hence only two sets...)
