After training events on Sunday, my low back is totally destroyed. I seriously have not had this much DOMS since after the first competition where I did 500 DL for reps back in early 2007. I did lots of mobility and soft tissue stuff throughout the day and backed off a little on both volume and intensity from the plan in order to let myself recover better.

10x180/8x65 - I forgot how much worse neutral grip was than pronated grip
DB Curls/DB Shrugs
3 sets of 10x/25x
Off to do more recovery so I can hopefully tug 95 lbs later,
