I need to start putting some cash on the line for these bets that pop up.
10 lb Sledgehammer
10 right, 10 left. Rest 1 minute. x10 sets
Originally this should have been 6 sets. I increased to 10. The bet was by the 6th set I would be winded. I wasn't. I even reduced the time between sets cuz I was getting bored waiting. And added in 4 more sets.
All was not lost tho. The sledgehammer did an excellent job of targeting the lower back weaknesses I have. It's fried now. By set 10 I was a little winded but by no means sucking wind.
Blah, blah, blah. I did em right, was quick and very explosive. I'm just that good.
