Lower back has been jacked, slept on the couch all night on accident fell asleep watching TV. Improvised my leg workout
Prowler (sled pulls)hold rope behind me-10 sets 12 yards (heavy)
Reverse Leg Press (single leg)-10,10,10,10,10 Blasted hamstrings and glutres
Single Leg Squats-2 sets 6 both legs (flexibility is really good)
Light Squats (just to stretch)10,10
BACK FEELS GOOD!
