More Training and Conditioning
The weather has been really good in Ohio so I had no excuse to not go run hills. So here is this week's training (minus the training I'll be doing tonight).
One leg squat - 5 sets of 6 reps
Good Morning - 4 sets of 5-10 reps
Various ab work - lots
Hills - sore as hell but felt a ton better after
Hills - every day I do them, they get easier.
Things are healing up and I feel a ton better - no longer feel like I need to sleep all day. And taking showers is no longer a chore.
