6/12 Sunday
Felt like crap today. I had to drive down to Miami yesterday to pick up Michele and her parents from their cruise. 5 hours in a car did not help my back one bit. Here is what I did:
AM-
YRG Yoga: 12 minutes
Walk: 1 mile
PM-
Bike (outside): 25 minutes. Not sure how far I went as I just road around the development.
6/13 Monday
AM-
YRG Yoga: 12 minutes
Walk: 1 mile
Mid Day-
Push ups: 3x8 Crunches: 3x20 Walk: 1 mile
PM-
Bike Outside: 20-25 minutes
I decided to start out easy on the push ups and crunches. I haven't done anything like that in 4 months. We'll see how I feel tomorrow. I'm going to start going to the community gym on Tuesday and Thursday. I'll also try and get in there on Sunday as well, but it will depend on what I have going with my son. Hopefully my log will not be as boring.
