Question from Eddie concerning programming
I had sent you a e-mail a while back on putting together a squat routine for me for a meet . I have 18 weeks before the SPF PRO AM in Cincy. How many weeks does your plan take? . Thank you Eddie
thanks for the question. I usually have my people do 10 weeks pre-comp, but the weeks leading in, I have them do brief work w/chains and other stuff, depending on their weaknesses. I can do a modified 18 weeker that will take you through the 8 weeks of offseason and straight into the meet, if you would like(this would be best IMO).
