Wed deadlift
This was a do or die work out. I told my training partners if I didn't make it through this work out with out getting hurt then I was going to skip the meet. Well here goes!
135x8 135x8 245x5 suit 335x2 445x1 555x1 645x1 700x1 felt easy considering
Rack pulls just at top of knee caps 245x3 335x3 445x3 645x3 755x3 845x3 935x2
Shrugs 2x10
standing One leg curls 3x8
pull throughs 3x10
incline abs light 2x15
Well I made it through all the heavy stuff, even tho my back hurt like hell! So I'm still on going. Never quit until they call the stretcher!
