This was a do or die work out. I told my training partners if I didn't make it through this work out with out getting hurt then I was going to skip the meet. Well here goes!
700x1 felt easy considering
Rack pulls just at top of knee caps
standing One leg
incline abs light
Well I made it through all the heavy stuff, even tho my back hurt like hell! So I'm still on going. Never quit until they call the stretcher!
