Monday commercial gym
I was excited for today’s training because it is the first training day including any barbell work since before the meet. My workout broke down like this…

Weighted bench dips Bodyweight x20x1 Plus 1 plate x15x1 Plus 2 plates x15x1 Plus 3 plates x15x1 Plus 4 plates x15x3
Dumbbell shrugs 100x16x2 125x16x2
Floor press felt pretty good and was only 15 pounds below my PR. My elbow was aching but not when I was doing the pin press or the dips; just between sets???? My guess...it is just something superficial.
