Knee update: improving week by week, hoping to squat and sumo DL in two weeks.

I will try to not go on and on about how upset and frustrated I am about my knee throughout this log update. People, who know me well, already are feeling the “wrath” about my knee injury through my angry violent yelling. However I have many other lifestyle changes going on; attending college at Columbus State to pursue a better degree unlike the one I already have. Balancing school, lifting and work is a huge challenge, as most of us know already. I would consider myself NOT one dimensional, but whenever I get injured (especially knee) my world falls apart and I have no balance of any aspect in my life. Therefore I feel very one dimensional. Lifting is the only thing that makes me, “me”. For those who do not understand this concept I do not understand “you” at all! Sorry for all the complaining, it has been happening a lot…………..I know, I know, everyone gets hurt, its a part of every sport I wonder how many times people are going to tell me that.

My DRIVE to get strong(er) is overpowering at the moment and I feel like I am getting weaker and weaker everyday. Once this knee is healed 100% I WILL be setting PRs and making great gains in every lift. And giving you a much better log to read.
