Is there a chart for band tensions to be used on Dynamic Squat Day? I have an 148 lber who Squatted 420 and would like to run a 3 week wave of band tension but cannot find the table.

Allan,

Here ya go

Personally, If I were coaching a lifter with with a 420 squat, I would stay between a light and average band. Also, for this strength level, I would use a band cycle only occasionally to change stuff up. I wouldn't do a steady diet of it until your athlete is a bit stronger.
