Are you still CBL and training in the morning? If you don't mind sharing again, how has your diet changed since you are trying to make weight? Good Luck towards your PRO Card!
Yes, I'm still doing CBL and still training in the mornings.
I've just started to tweak my carb intake and carb timing based on some guidelines from Kiefer. I can tell I've leaned out a bit, but my workouts have been going great. It'll probably look more like Carb Nite during the week. One thing I have been concentrating on is keeping my fat intake up to be close to or equal to my protein intake. That's been a huge help... still lots of veggies full of fiber too.
I will weigh in Saturday morning and see where I'm at. Probably (hopefully) carb up Saturday night. Typically I do a water depletion the week of the meet, but I'm thinking I won't need to do that.
I'll continue to post updates and tweaks in my training log over the course of the next 2 weeks!!
