What substitutions do you recommend for belt squats on the Easy / Average Gainer Routines listed in your book?

Also, since its a 18 day cycle(ending on Thursday), do I just rest three days and run it again (Monday) trying to do more weight?

I appreciate all that you do and thanks in advance for the information.

Jason-That would be the way to do it yes! I would try it with a dip belt.
