After i squat the next day my hamstrings are monster sore and the rest not much. Anybody know why this may happen?
It could be many different things Jeremy. How long have you been experiencing this? Have you recently started squatting or recently started squatting with different form (i.e. you may have switched to a wider stance, or started sitting back more).
If you HAVE changed something recently, than that is likely the root of the soreness and it will only be temporary. Otherwise, your hamstrings might just be a weakpoint. Make sure to hammer them with assistance work and they come around.
