The YTI is an exercise I started doing at the recommendation of Mike Robertson. It's a great stability exercise and has helped with my shoulder pain too. The video I've posted below shows the Y & T portion I do as well as some other variations, but to do the I portion you just simply take your arms from the hanging position, retract your shoulder blades and then, as you turn your thumbs out away from you, move your arms back towards your waist like you're forming an I with your body.
