I strength train four days a week with cardio post workout. Im trying cut weight now, and its been coming down slowly but surely...if goes back up during the wknd and takes the week to get it back down...Do you recommend a circuit workout or home workout that i can do on the wknds just to keep up the workout and not always have that period of 3 days where i dont lift... thanks
Your weight isn't going up over the weekends because you don't workout. Your eating is probably terrible.
You're not going to gain weight because of 3 days off. Take a look at your eating and sleeping habits and make a change.
