I have recently bought your JTS football supplement and am excited to use it I was wondering on lower body days what type of deadlifts should I be doing trap-bar,conventional,snatch grip etc. your answer would be greatly appreciated

Trap Bar, Conventional or Sumo are all acceptable. Just do whichever one you feel most proficient in.
