i am currently doing 5/3/1 and am making great gains, but am wondering if i should switch it up to doing just chest every day like everyone else in the gym with the exception of the one guy that takes up space in the power rack to do shrugs (he's also the same guy that uses straps on every pulling movement). also...i don't talk much in the gym and i sweat an awful lot, is that a cardinal sin?


I think you're really on to something here. Don't forget to do curls every day too though. And never, I mean NEVER do any kind of leg work. No one ever got lookin like Johnny Bravo by workin the wheels.
