Jason, I noticed on Dangerously Hardcores website you were talking about carb backloading. I was wondering if you are still doing it? If so how do you manage your back load on non-training days?
Boh,
It really depends on a few factors. How many days off I am taking, when Im training tomorrow, etc. It isnt a long drawn out thought process, but there is some consideration that goes into it. Depending on these variables, I actually have 4 "mini-diets" that compose the whole.
